Hitsugaya Commission 2

Ahhh, unfortunately, I thought I'd have time to finish this today, but I'm still not quite done, but I won't have time to work on this for a while, so I figured I'd post up a more complete preview ^_^ I like how the dragon's head turned out so far. I still need to add more detail to its body and some sparkly effects, plus some atmospheric lighting to Hitsugaya and throw in some more stuff in the background, but so far I'm pretty happy with the pic.
